We can evaluate business plans quickly and easily if they have the following three elements in them:

  1. The "Elevator Speech" (a one paragraph summary of the business).
  2. The Executive Summary. This is a one to two page summary which briefly describes the business using all nine of the elements below.
  3. The Business Plan. In our resource section, we have listed many sources of relevant information to refine your business plan, including some sites designed specifically to help you write your plan. A plan submitted to us should address the following elements:
